JUST SUGGESTIONS

I got some suggestions but this suggestions does not mean that I want to change all of the events or plans we had discuss or decided. I think I just want every departments can works easier however I do not know that what I suggested is work as I expect or not work.

Actually,the orphanage home maybe have their own time table for the children at there so maybe we no need to do too many activities, we can just follow the time table at there and assisted the workers at there. We can also divided into small groups(same day but different target person) to help the different age groups children to do their revision. This can make all the children at there can get benefit from this program.

Beside that, we can make bonding with the children by playing some games,teach the tae kuan dow, cleaning the surrounding,do some drawing on the wall,make sandwich together for the tea time and so on. This activities we can do it on different day per few hours ,no need to do all at the same day.

Moreover, we are just undergraduate,so we do not have too much money contribute to this program. Many of us just PTPTN holder and now got GST also, so we really need to live frugally. Social enggagement is a small project so maybe hardly to find sponsorship because the company cannot get any benefit from this project. So, if the hours for donation drive can be counted ,we can do the donation drive. The donation can we use to buy pencil box or some presents to the children at there. This can make them happy also.

All of this just suggestions only,no other meaning.
