Good evening all.

I have conducted the personality test on  to http://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test for the members. And this is what I got...

ANALYST (INTJ, INTP, ENTJ, ENTP)

SENTINELS (ISTJ, ISFJ, ESTJ, ESFJ)

EXPLORERS (ISTP, ISFP, ESTP, ESFP)

There will be 4 groups where each group have two sub-group INTROVERT and EXTROVERT. This groups set up will be handy in the explanation session where we will be explaining about strengths, weaknesses and career choices. If none of the children have that personality type of one of the group (which i doubt), the members may join other groups to help with the explanation.
